Zein has 20 years' experience assessing and developing leadership capability. She has worked with hundreds of leaders, mainly in the Technology and Financial Services industries, to support them to become better leaders. She has been a diversity and GDPR champion within HR, and now consults. From a personal perspective, she has lived with ADHD since her childhood, and in her family. More recently her son has been diagnosed with ADHD Inattentive Type.
