This training program has been truly transformative. The approach goes far beyond theory, providing practical, compassionate, and evidence-informed strategies that help individuals understand how ADHD presents in everyday life. What stood out most was the focus on strengths rather than deficits. Instead of trying to “fix” people, the training empowers individuals, professionals, and organisations to work with ADHD brains rather than against them. The tools shared were clear, actionable, and immediately applicable, whether supporting clients, employees, or students. The course also created a deeper understanding of neurodiversity while offering practical techniques to improve focus, productivity, communication, and wellbeing. It fostered a strong sense of empathy and inclusion, something greatly needed in workplaces and educational settings. I would highly recommend this training to anyone wanting to better understand ADHD and learn practical ways to support neurodivergent individuals to thrive.
