Ritash Pandya brings clinical expertise and a passion for evidence-based practice to the Global ADHD Network faculty, delivering training in ADHD assessment, diagnosis and management to clinicians across the UK and internationally. A GPhC-registered pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with a Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice, he holds CPD-accredited training in ADHD diagnosis and management. With a commitment to raising standards in neurodevelopmental care, Ritash is dedicated to supporting fellow clinicians in developing the knowledge and confidence to identify and support individuals with ADHD. Diagnosed with ADHD himself in adulthood, he brings an empathetic perspective to assessment and teaching, driven by a desire to improve how the condition is recognised and understood.

Deborah Anne Mearman is a RNLD in Independent Practice with expertise spanning Learning Disabilities, Autism and Sleep. She is a trained CBT Therapist. Deborah is trained in ADIr, ADOS and DIVA, and has practiced both virtually and face to face for a number of years. Deborah brings clinical expertise and a passion for evidence-based practice to the Global ADHD Network faculty, delivering training in ASD assessment, diagnosis and management to clinicians across the UK and internationally. With a commitment to raising standards in neurodevelopmental care, Deborah is dedicated to supporting fellow clinicians in developing the knowledge and confidence to identify and support individuals with ASD.

Dr Boolaky is a Consultant Psychiatrist with a CCT in General Adult Psychiatry and extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of ADHD in adults as well as complex psychiatric conditions. He is a member of the Global ADHD Network and contributes to clinician training and best-practice standards. Alongside his clinical expertise, he brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach. He is consistently praised for being thoughtful, thorough, and easy to talk to, combining clinical excellence with genuine empathy.

Dr Mandeep Kooner is a practicing General Practitioner and Lead Clinical Faculty member at the Global ADHD Network. With extensive experience in adult ADHD assessment, Dr Kooner leads the clinical content development and delivery for GAN's CME training programs. She brings a primary care perspective to ADHD diagnosis, helping clinicians across a range of specialties develop the structured assessment skills needed to conduct defensible adult ADHD assessments in everyday practice.

Huzaifa Bux is a pharmacist who brings a strong background in healthcare operations to his role as Course Planner for the Global ADHD Network. He focuses on developing efficient, well-organised systems that support clinicians and delegates alike, overseeing the coordination of GAN's training programmes from initial enrolment through to course delivery and completion. With experience working in complex clinical environments where accountability, precision, and compassionate care are essential, Huzaifa brings a hands-on, detail-focused approach to course planning, helping ensure that GAN's training is delivered consistently, reliably, and to a high standard as the Network continues to grow.

Kamran Fazal is a highly skilled clinician specializing in ADHD, supported by a strong academic foundation and extensive professional experience. He graduated from the University of Manchester with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) and is a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber, enabling him to offer truly holistic and integrated care. Over the past four years, he has dedicated his clinical practice to ADHD, developing specialist expertise in diagnosing, managing, and treating this complex condition. Kamran is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice and a thorough understanding of the lived experiences of individuals with ADHD.

Oliver Trafford is a Nurse Consultant and Faculty member at the Global ADHD Network. With frontline clinical experience in adult ADHD diagnostic pathways, Oliver brings a nursing perspective to the training that is particularly relevant for the multidisciplinary audiences GAN serves. His teaching covers structured assessment practice, patient communication, and the practical clinical skills needed to conduct and document a defensible adult ADHD assessment across a range of healthcare settings.

Michael J. Morrier, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA (GA), is the founder and owner of Morrier Consulting LLC, a practice dedicated to supporting autistic individuals, families, educators, and professionals through consultation, training, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Dr. Morrier has extensive expertise in autism assessment and diagnosis, having utilized the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS/ADOS-2) in clinical and research settings since the late 1990s. He became an Independent Certified ADOS-2 Trainer in 2022. Formerly an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. Morrier has focused on autism identification, telehealth diagnostic models, and social communication interventions. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Hess Academy and Program Committee Chair for the Atlanta Autism Consortium.

An experienced education professional and SENCO with 20 years in the field. Amy has ADHD herself, as does her youngest child, and is passionate about breaking down the stereotype that ADHD is something people grow out of.

Late-diagnosed with ADHD, Mercedez founded The ADHD Club after struggling to find a community that understood her. She now works as a neurodiversity consultant at a specialist ADHD and autism clinic.

An Occupational Therapist with lived experience of ADHD, Amanda is passionate about advocating for people whose voices are often misunderstood or overlooked, drawing on both her clinical and personal experience.

An international Neurodiversity Specialist Coach with roots in India and Canada, Harshita supports education and community engagement around ADHD, with a particular interest in how culture and stigma shape awareness.

A parent of a child with ADHD who suspects she may have undiagnosed ADHD herself, Eunice is turning a difficult journey into hope for other families navigating the same path.
