I am a trained counsellor and supervisor, now expanding my services to include ADHD assessments. I am also currently undertaking training to become an ADHD and Autism Coach. My lived experience as a parent of a son diagnosed with autism and combined ADHD has inspired me to offer more specialised support to others on similar journeys. While I am not trained to prescribe or medicate for ADHD, I provide guidance, self-understanding, and coaching to help individuals better understand their diagnosis or to support loved ones with theirs.
