I’m a qualified psychotherapist working both online and in person, with specialist training in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, integrative approaches, and CBT-based interventions. I offer trauma-informed therapy that’s culturally attuned and emotionally grounded, supporting clients through grief, relational challenges, and neurodiversity. I also provide ADHD assessments, combining clinical precision with compassion to help individuals and families better understand their emotional and functional needs.
