Highly informative, and clear, structured training on how to complete assessments using DIVA. Trainer encouraged interaction and delivered the content in an engaging, concise way. Slides could be larger as difficult to see on screen.

I particularly enjoyed the mock assessment - applying knowledge acquired from the course and using the DIVA. The trainer was great, thank you.
