Pharmacist – ADHD Prescriber

Requirements:

• Must be insured for off-licence prescribing.
• Able to provide remote ADHD prescribing and assessments for clients aged 6+.
• Previous experience in ADHD care, preferably in remote/private settings.

Must have completed both:

• ADHD Specialist Certification (Diagnosis)
• ADHD Specialist Certification (Management)

Must be a member of the Global ADHD Network.

Flexible working hours, remote delivery.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
