He showed a strong understanding of DSM-5 and NICE guidance, excellent use of structured clinical interviews, and the ability to elicit clear developmental history and functional impairment. His assessments were thorough, well-reasoned, and defensible, with clear consideration of differential diagnoses and risk. Michael consistently worked at an advanced practitioner level and would be a strong asset to any ADHD diagnostic service
